  There was a manager here who was really good at one point but I think she moved away. I kept going back to another lady who never remembered me even though I got a haircut every 1-2 weeks (my hair grows way too fast). She was inconsistent and worst of all she always seemed kind of scared. She couldn't recommend anything or make a decision and she was not a pleasure to go to. I say lighten up, it's just hair, it'll grow back. Also it's a bit over priced. I've stopped going here now.
